Just a friendly reminder, we are a small family owned & operated cleaning company!
As for myself and my daughter run this cleaning company ourselves everything from marketing, book keeping, answering phones calls and messages to actually cleaning properties ourselves!
We want to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused anyone!
We are doing our best handling everything we can being a new small business owner with all that comes with being a responcible small business owner with growing a business!
Please bare with us as we expand our business to better serve each and everyone of our client's, as we work on area's in need of fixing as our business grows!
Thank you to all our present client's for all your continued support and business, most of all sticking with us through hard times and all the ups and downs that come with running a business. All being new to us we are doing our best to resolve some issues we are currently having with scheduling and booking preliminary walk through's, free quotes and booking service appointments ( secretary issues) and finding reliable employees ect.
Please excuse the inaccurate false bad review recently posted! For this is not how we treat clients! We realized that client needs a large cleaning company for her specific cleaning needs and we notified client of this and they were not happy. As well first time asking to reschedule free quote due to being stuck on jobsite!
If you book cleaning service with lisa's cleaning services we do not take business calls or messages during your service time. We understand and value all our clients time. Our time is valuable as well!
So if we get stuck at a job we will not leave for another booked appointment if job runs over booked time. We are completely committed to finishing the job hired to do! So we do apologize for this inconvenience but that is how you properly run a business and keep clients!
Just think about how you would feel if booked appointment and we had to leave during your booked service time for another client no matter if free quote or another booked service appointment!
We do not operate our business in this fashion!
